Administrative Assistant (Osseo)


We are a established real estate company seeking a full time Administrative Assistant, duties include: 

- Telephone coverage 
- Records Management/ Filing
- Gathering general information pertinent to properties 
- Calendar management; schedule meetings and appointments
- Assist with overflow, special projects and day-to-day tasks
- Maintain/create continuity procedures
- Ability to take online courses and certification for real estate sales

- Self-starter, organized, detailed-oriented, accurate
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Strong problem-solving skills 
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), MS Outlook, general comfort level with Internet/Intranet usage and ability to learn proprietary software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters 
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- Social media (Facebook, Blog writing, instagram etc...)
- Web site management
